About the iF DESIGN AWARD
Founded in Germany in 1953, iF Design is the organization behind the iF DESIGN AWARD, one of the world's most widely recognized honors for design excellence. The award is organized by iF International Forum Design GmbH, headquartered in Hannover, Germany.
The 2026 jury comprised 129 international design experts from 21 countries. Entries underwent a two-stage evaluation covering criteria such as product concept, form, functional innovation, user experience and sustainability.
MT610: A Lightweight, Ink-Free Approach to Mobile A4 Printing
The MT610 is a portable A4 printer designed for mobile professionals, students and home users.
Hanin believes printing should give users greater convenience and freedom while delivering a cleaner, safer and more resource-conscious experience. The MT610 puts this approach into practice by offering a straightforward, low-maintenance printing solution for mobile work, study and family use.

Its recognition by the international jury reflects Hanin's focus on understanding practical user needs and refining every aspect of the product experience.
1. Compact Design for Printing on the Go
The Hanin MT610 measures just 265 × 55 × 47 mm and weighs approximately 500 g. Its compact form makes it easy to carry in a backpack, work bag or even a pencil case.
Whether studying in a library, working from a café or traveling for business, users can print A4 documents wherever they are needed.

2. Ink-Free Thermal Printing with a Rechargeable Battery
The MT610 uses thermal printing technology and requires no ink, toner or imaging drum. This simplifies consumable management and avoids common ink-related issues such as clogged nozzles, leaks and cartridge replacement.
A built-in 2,000 mAh battery supports approximately 100 pages of printing on a full charge. The printer can be recharged using a standard phone charger, adding further convenience for mobile use.

3. Bluetooth Connectivity and App-Based Printing
The MT610 supports wireless Bluetooth connections with smartphones and requires no driver installation for mobile printing. Users can open the HerePrint app, pair the printer and begin printing with a few simple steps. The printer supports common file formats including PDF, Word and JPG, as well as documents shared through WeChat.
The HerePrint app also provides learning resources covering K–12 through adult education, along with office templates. Users can use their phone camera to capture questions answered incorrectly on test papers, organize them for review, and generate customized practice worksheets.
For mobile professionals, the MT610 provides convenient access to contracts, invoices and reports while away from a conventional office. Students can print worksheets, review exercises and learning materials whenever required.
The iF DESIGN AWARD reflects Hanin's continued focus on thoughtful product development. Each design improvement is intended to make printing more practical and accessible in everyday settings.
Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in China, Hanin develops, manufactures, markets and supports printing equipment. Design innovation and independent R&D remain key drivers of the company's long-term development.
The MT610's recognition in the iF DESIGN AWARD 2026 provides further validation of Hanin's sustained investment in product design and represents another international acknowledgment of the company's engineering and manufacturing capabilities.
Looking ahead, Hanin will continue to place user needs at the center of product development, combining considered design with practical functionality to deliver printing products that serve users worldwide.
